Report Turnaround
Standard reports are delivered within 7–14 business days. Expedited turnaround within 72 hours is available for select cases (caseload permitting).

Private-Pay
Clinic
Perkins PsyCare is a private-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly.
We provide detailed superbills — receipts with CPT and diagnostic codes — so clients can submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend verifying your out-of-network benefits with your insurer before scheduling.
